With live music and dance performances, a market featuring the best of Toronto’s Japanese food, and new this year, a Harajuku & Cosplay Fashion Contest, we are excited to present the 3rd Toronto Japanese Summer Festival.
The Toronto Japanese Summer Festival is an exploration of Japanese and Japanese-Canadian community, and a celebration of Japan, its culture, art, cuisine and quality of life through its products and services.
The Festival is open to the public and free for everyone. Let's bring out our Japanese Spirit as we once again celebrate our love of everything Japanese!

다운타운 중심에서 구라카케사는 올 여름 3회째를 맞게되는 토론토 마츠리 축제를 맞아 다시한번 토론토 시민들에게 일본 전통 음악, 패션, 예술, 음식 등의 문화적 경험을 공유한다. 마츠리 축제는7월 26일 오전 10시부터 오후 9시까지 던다스 광장에서 열린다. 마츠리 축제는 이미 작년에 20000명 이상의 규모를 선보였고 이번회 역시 다운타운 중심에서 라이브 뮤직, 댄스, 토론토 최고의 일본음식점들의 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 특히 올해에는 다이코 드러밍, 요사코이 댄스팀, 일본 아이돌이 주요 무대를 선보일 예정이다. 행사와 관련해 더 많은 정보는 웹사이트와 페이스북 페이지를 통해 확인할 수 있으며 페스티벌은 모두에게 열려있고 입장료는 따로 있지 않다.

MATSURI 2015 will feature live music and dance performances, a market featuring the best of Toronto’s Japanese restaurants, and much more. Anticipating even more than the over 20,000 guests attending in previous years, the 3rd Toronto Japanese Summer Festival will be bringing back such popular performances as taiko drumming this year from Isshin Daiko, the energetic yosakoi dance from Sakuramai, and will be featuring many new performances, such as a Japanese Idol group who is coming from Japan to be a part of the Festival!
