On Friday, October 16th more than 550 Samsung employees across Canada participated in Samsung’s annual Day of Giving. Whether constructing homes alongside Habitat for Humanity GTA, building support kits with The Shoebox Project or contributing to a variety of other volunteer activities, Day of Giving saw Samsung employees in Mississauga, Montreal and Vancouver benefit multiple Canadian charities and help thousands of Canadians in need.
The Samsung Day of Giving happens twice annually in North America where 4,000 Samsung Canada staff join in for this day of volunteerism, resulting in over 30,000 hours contributed to worthy causes across the continent.
Samsung Day of Giving in Canada allows employees to give their time and energy to help make a meaningful impact in Canadian lives on a national level.
