Arirang Korea TV was able to meet with Leah Totten, Director of the Boss Dance Company. BDC is comprised of 45 women and girls with ages ranging from 16 to 26. The group is a 2013 Kollaboration finalist, and their hope is to win and be able to use the experience so that they can reach a wider audience and network. Find out more through their website
